G.S.K Travel is situated on Garha Road, which is very close to the main bus stand in Jalandhar. Being near the bus stand means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. We have a shop there where we handle all our travel work. It’s a good spot because people are always looking for ways to get around once they reach the city. We spend our time talking to passengers and sorting out car rentals or bus tickets. The office is pretty basic with just the essentials. We don’t go in for anything flashy. Most days involve a lot of shouting over the traffic and making sure people don't miss their connections. It is a busy environment, but we like being in the middle of it. We see people from all over coming and going. Sometimes the schedule gets messed up because of traffic or delays at the bus stand, but we just try to fix it. We have been in this location for a while and the locals know where to find us. It’s not a complicated business. We just take the bookings and make sure the vehicles are ready. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the phone calls. We just keep at it every day, making sure we are there for anyone who stops by the shop. It’s just part of the daily routine for us here at the shop on Garha Road. We keep the doors open and the phones ready.
