You can find us on Garha Road in Jalandhar City. It’s a straight-up travel shop where we spend our days. The road outside can get pretty jammed with traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading back home. Our office is a simple one, with just enough room for a few chairs and our computers. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or bright lights. Most of the day is spent looking at travel dates and trying to find the best way to get someone from point A to point B. It’s not a complicated life. We have a small fan that rattles a bit when it's on high speed. People come in with all sorts of questions about trips, and we just do our best to answer them based on what we see on the screen. There’s no script here, just regular conversation. Sometimes we have to call people back because the lines are busy. We’ve got a small calendar on the wall where we mark down the important stuff. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest name around, just a spot on Garha Road where you can get your travel stuff sorted out without any unnecessary drama or waiting around.
