Our office is located on Garha Road here in Jalandhar. This part of the city, especially around the Garha area, always has something going on and plenty of people moving about. We spend our days dealing with files and talking to folks about their various plans for school or moving away. It is a lot of sitting at the computers and checking over different documents. The 144022 area is quite central to everything, so we end up getting a lot of foot traffic throughout the week. It is a very regular office setup, nothing flashy or over the top. We have a few desks and some plastic chairs for people to sit in while they wait. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when everyone decides to show up at the same time, but we try to keep things moving as fast as possible. We have been working out of this particular spot for a good number of years. You can hear the constant sound of the traffic from Garha Road all day long. We just get on with the tasks we have in front of us. There is always a lot of printing and scanning that needs to be done before the day ends. Most of us have lived in Jalandhar our whole lives, so we know the local area very well. It is just a place where we come to work and help people with their paperwork.
