So we are over here at number 18 in Ganesh Nagar. It’s a pretty busy spot most days. My name is J G Overseas India and we’ve been around this part of town for a while now. You know how it is, getting the shutters open early before the sun gets too hot. Most of us arrive around nine. The traffic on the way into the colony can be a bit of a headache but once you’re inside the gates it calms down some. We spend most of the morning sorting through things and checking the lists. There’s always some paperwork to deal with. My desk is usually a bit of a mess with tea cups and old pens that don't always work. The neighbors are alright, we mostly just wave when we see them unloading stuff from the trucks. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just some desks, a lot of boxes, and the sound of the fans spinning overhead. We try to keep things moving so nothing piles up too much. By the time five o’clock rolls around we are usually just finishing up the last bits of work for the day. It’s just us doing what we do every day here in the neighborhood. Nothing too complicated really. Just a regular day at number eighteen. We’ve been here a long time and we know the rhythms of the street.
