R S Industries

You can find us at D-191 in the Focal Point Extension area of Jalandhar. Punjab gets really cold in the winters and incredibly hot in the summers, so the atmosphere in the workshop changes quite a bit with the seasons. We are an industrial outfit called R S Industries, so there is always a bit of grease on the floor and the sound of metal hitting metal. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just have a bunch of guys who know how to handle tools and machinery. The address is easy enough to find if you know the Focal Point area, though the trucks parked on the side of the road sometimes make the turn a bit tight for smaller cars. We’ve been operating out of this spot for many years. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or checking the quality of whatever part we are making that morning. It’s honest, hard work. We have a tea break twice a day where everyone sits on whatever is available and talks about the news or their kids. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but that doesn't really affect the quality of the work we do. We focus on the orders we have in front of us. When a customer comes by, they usually just walk straight into the work area to see how things are going. It is just how we work here.
