Fibertech Leathers Pvt. Ltd. is located at number 150 in the Leather Complex along Kapurthala Road. If you are familiar with this part of town, you know it is a major hub for this kind of industry. The smell of leather is pretty much everywhere here, and honestly, you just stop noticing it after working here for a week or two. We have a fair amount of space inside the building for the different stages of handling the materials. It is not a quiet place to work, but it isn't completely chaotic either. Most of the people here just keep their heads down and get through the daily batches. The Leather Complex can feel a bit out of the way for some folks, but it is where all the real activity is for our trade. We spend a lot of time checking the feel and the finish of what comes through the doors. It is physical, hands-on work. Some of our machines are older and some are a bit newer, but they all do what they are supposed to do. Out on Kapurthala Road, you see trucks moving materials back and forth all day long. We have watched the seasons change from this same spot for a long time. When the weather is decent, we keep the big side doors open to let some fresh air circulate. We are just a regular bunch of people doing a regular job. We don't have a big front desk or a formal receptionist. You just find someone on the floor.
