We are located right in the heart of Jalandhar City, over in Bazar Penj Peer. If you’ve ever walked through the bazaar, you know how tight the lanes can be and how much is going on at once. It’s a traditional market area, so there is always someone shouting or a bike trying to squeeze past the stalls. Our shop is a small place where we handle travel bookings and tours. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. People come by when they need to plan a trip or get their documents sorted for travel. It’s not a quiet office by any means, but we like being where all the action is. We have a couple of old desks and a lot of calendars on the walls. Most of our work is just checking schedules and talking to people about where they want to go for their holidays or work trips. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we make it work. It’s a local business through and through. We don’t do any fancy marketing or anything like that. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or folks who have been coming to the bazaar for decades. It gets dusty and loud with all the noise from the street, but it’s home for us. We just focus on getting the tickets booked and making sure everyone is set for their journey. We keep it simple.
