Electronics Engineer

The shop is tucked away inside the Raj Timber and Shuttering Store on Nurmahal Road. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an electronics engineer, but it works out well for me. We are located in Phillaur, in the Jalandhar district of Punjab. Being around the timber yard means there is always noise and movement, which I’ve grown used to over the years. My corner of the building is where all the technical work happens. It’s a bit dusty because of the wood, but I keep my workspace as clean as I can. People come in for timber and then realize I can help them with their electronic needs too. It’s a small community here, so word gets around pretty fast. I’ve been at this address, 144410, for a long time now. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, but that doesn't stop people from visiting. I don't use any big marketing tricks. I just do the job that’s in front of me. Sometimes I’m fixing stuff for the local farmers, and other times it’s something more modern. It’s a mix of everything. I like being part of a place that does real, physical work. It feels honest. My tools are old but they still work perfectly for what I need to do. Every day is a bit different, and that is exactly how I like to keep things moving along.
