This neighborhood is mostly residential with some small businesses mixed in. Our building is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the number 10-A. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is nice when you’re trying to focus. We’ve been here in Satnam Nagar for a while now. The space inside is pretty basic. We have a few rooms and a main area where we keep all our supplies. It doesn't look like those big shiny offices you see in the city center, but it works for us. We like the local feel of being in a neighborhood rather than a big commercial tower. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks at the mailman, but we don’t mind. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes. We keep the place tidy but it’s definitely a lived-in space. Most of our day is spent at our desks, answering calls or looking over files. It’s a straightforward way to work. We don’t use any complicated systems, just the basics that get the job done. Jalandhar is a busy place, but our little corner is relatively calm compared to the main roads.
