Dugsons Tour & Travel

Dugsons Tour & Travel is over in Johal Market, specifically at Shop No 14 in the New Colony Opoo area. It is a part of Jalandhar City that stays pretty active. We have been set up in this shop for a good bit of time. People come in to ask about travel or to book something for the weekend. We have a lot of neighbors in the market, so it feels like a community. The shop is small, but we have enough space to sit down and talk through what people need. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking schedules. It’s not always easy work, especially when the roads are bad or there is a lot of rain. We just try to make it work for everyone. Most of our days are spent on the phone or chatting with customers who walk in from the market. We don't use any fancy systems, just the basics to keep track of the bookings. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with all the market noise, but we are used to it by now. It’s a decent place to work and we know the local area very well. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people get around Jalandhar and beyond. It’s a simple business, really. We just try to be here when people need a ride or help with their travel plans. We’ve been at it for years and it is what we know how to do. We are just a local shop in the Johal Market area.
