Doctor Shehnaaz Mohamad

I’ve been working here in Jalandhar City for quite some time now. My clinic is right here in the 144001 area, and most days are just about seeing whoever walks through the door needing a bit of help. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular space where I can talk to patients and figure out what’s bothering them. Jalandhar is a busy spot, and there’s always something going on outside on the streets, but inside here, we try to keep things calm. People come in with all sorts of small problems or sometimes things that are a bit more serious. I don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us helping out to make sure everyone gets seen. It gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings, which I guess is normal for any doctor's office around here. I try to listen well because that’s often the most important part of the job. Sometimes the files get a bit messy, and the waiting room chairs aren't the newest, but they do the job. Living and working in Jalandhar means you get to know the families nearby pretty well over the years. It feels good when someone I saw as a kid comes back years later. That’s just how it goes in a local practice like this. We stay open until the last patient is taken care of, even if it gets a bit late into the evening sometimes.
