Dhesi Eye Hospital

If you are driving down Shankar Road in Nakoder, you’ll find us near the Bye Pass Chowk. Dhesi Eye Hospital has been a part of this community for years. We mostly focus on eyes, obviously. People come in when they can't see the newspaper clearly anymore or when their glasses break. It’s a plain building, nothing that stands out too much from the outside. Inside, we have the testing machines and a few rooms for procedures. It’s usually quiet, except for the sound of traffic from the chowk. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just a local hospital where we know the families around here. Sometimes the waiting takes longer than we'd like because we get a rush of people from the villages nearby. We don't have a fancy website or anything, we just show up and do the work. The staff is mostly local folks who have been working here since they were young. We try to keep the place cool during the summer, but the old AC units struggle sometimes. It’s a practical place for people who need their eyes looked at. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sell anything extra. Just come in, get your eyes checked, and go home. That's how we've always done it here in Nakoder for as long as I can remember. It is a simple way of working.
