If you come down to the Polo Ground Industrial Area, you’ll find us at Plot No-21. We are right near DT Industries, which is a good landmark because everyone knows them. Working with masale is a dusty business. When the grinders are going, the air smells sharp and spicy—sometimes it makes you sneeze if you aren't used to it. The industrial area is loud, with machines humming and trucks backing up all day long. We’ve been at this spot for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly big stainless steel machines and sacks of raw spices piled up to the ceiling. We spend a lot of time cleaning the machines because you can’t have flavors mixing where they shouldn't. It’s hard work and it gets hot in the summer, but we just keep the big fans running. We aren't a fancy corporate setup. The office is just a desk in the corner with a lot of paperwork and samples. We mostly talk to suppliers and the guys who drive the transport trucks. People around here know us as the spice guys on the corner. We don’t spend money on big signs or anything. We just focus on getting the grinding done right and getting the packets filled. It’s a straightforward life in the industrial zone. You get used to the noise and the heavy scent of coriander and chili after a few days.
