Dada Shiv Architect

You can find Dada Shiv Architect at 407, Bx11, right on Ladowali Road near the Nur Bsf Chowk. The office is up on the fourth floor, so we get a decent view of the street below. It’s a simple place with a couple of drafting tables and a lot of rolled-up blueprints in the corner. We don't have any flashy decorations or a fancy sign outside. Most of our visitors are people from the local area who heard about us from a friend. We spend the day drawing and checking regulations to make sure everything is legal. It’s not exciting work for most people, but we enjoy the process of seeing something go from a sketch to a real building. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except for the sound of the traffic from the chowk. We don't have a big corporate structure. If you call, you'll probably just talk to me or one of the guys sitting next to me. We keep things honest and straightforward. We don’t promise things we can’t do. We just look at the site, do the drawings, and help out where we can. It’s a small operation, but we’ve been at it for a while and we know our way around the local building codes.
