You can find us at Shop Number-3 on Kpt Road in Jalandhar City. We are right opposite Rk Dhaba, so if you are hungry, you probably know exactly where that is. The smell of food from across the street usually drifts over in the afternoons and makes us hungry too. Our place is a mix of things. We handle telecom stuff like recharges and phone things, but we also do travel bookings for people. It’s a small shop, so things can get a bit crowded when more than two people are inside at once. Kpt Road is a busy stretch, and there is always something happening outside the door with the traffic and the shops. We started this because we saw people needed a place to get both their phones fixed up and their bus or train tickets done in one go. It’s a simple operation. I usually sit behind the counter, and we have another person helping out with the travel side of things. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy waiting area with couches. Most people just stand by the counter and chat with us while we get their work finished. It’s a practical little spot. We keep the shelves filled with mobile accessories and have the computer running for the bookings. It’s a regular Jalandhar shop, nothing more and nothing less. We just try to get the jobs done for the people who stop by our counter.
