Civil Hospital

We are located in Dasuya, very close to the bus stand. Because we are near the bus stand, we get a lot of people who are just passing through or coming in from the smaller villages nearby. You can hear the conductors shouting and the engines idling all day long. It makes the area very lively, though it can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. The hospital is a well-known landmark in Dasuya. Most of the staff takes the bus to work, so they are usually coming in right along with the patients in the morning. The building is solid and has plenty of room, though we often fill up the chairs by ten in the morning. There is a small tea stall right outside the main gate where people wait if the lobby gets too crowded. We have been serving this area for a long time now. The interior is pretty basic with white-washed walls and simple tile floors that are easy to clean. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a place where you come when you are not feeling well. The doctors try to see everyone, but sometimes the line goes out the door because so many people arrive from the bus station at once. It is a busy life here in Dasuya, and we are just part of the daily routine for most people in this town.
