City Dental Clinic

We have been here in Bhogpur for a while now. It is just a small place called City Dental Clinic. Usually, the mornings start with me opening up the shutters and making sure the chairs are wiped down. The street outside can get quite dusty, so there is always a bit of sweeping to do before anyone shows up. We have got some plants in the corner that I try to keep alive, though I forget to water them some days. People from around Bhogpur walk in mostly for checkups or when something starts hurting. It is not fancy here. There is a waiting area with some old magazines that nobody really reads anymore. I usually have the radio playing in the background just to keep things from being too quiet. Some days are really busy and the phone won't stop ringing, and other days it is just quiet enough to catch up on paperwork. The light comes in through the front window in the afternoon and makes the whole room feel warm. We just do what we can to help whoever walks through the door. It is a simple setup with the basic tools we need. Most of the folks who come in are neighbors or people we see at the market. I like it that way because it feels more like a community spot than just a workplace. Anyway, that is pretty much how things go here at our spot in Bhogpur.
