We've been at 85/86 in the Focal Point Ext. for a long time now. It’s a busy spot in this part of town. Usually, the day starts pretty early when the first shift shows up and parks their bikes outside. There's a lot of metal moving around here constantly. You hear the hammers going and the heat from the furnaces is just something you get used to after a week or two on the job. Some of the guys have been working these machines since the place first opened. We do a lot of forging work, mostly heavy stuff. It isn't always pretty or clean, and the floor gets greasy, but it’s what we do. Sometimes things get backed up, especially when one of the older machines needs a bit of fixing, but we just handle it as it comes. People drop by the office at 85/86 when they need to talk about an order or check on a delivery date. We don't really have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. Just a simple desk and some old chairs where we keep the daily paperwork. Most of the time, the managers are out on the floor anyway, checking on the parts and making sure the dimensions are right. It gets really loud, so we have to shout over the noise just to hear each other. When the summer weather gets hot, the shop gets even hotter, so we keep the big fans going. It’s hard work, but it’s steady and keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down at Chinar Forge Ltd. and get through the jobs.
