If you are looking for us, we are located right at Chauhan Chowk in Dayal Nagar. Our office is the very first one, Office No-1, so it is pretty hard to miss once you reach the intersection. Having the chowk named like that makes it convenient to tell people where to go. Chauhan & Company Property Dealers is a local fixture here. We spend our days mostly at the front desk, watching the bikes and cars go past the intersection. Dayal Nagar is a growing area, and being at the main chowk means we hear all the local news first. The office itself is quite practical. We didn’t see a need for fancy decorations because we are usually too busy talking to people about land and houses. It’s a bit of a small space, but we make it work. Most days, it is just us and the records we keep. People stop by after work or on their way to the market. We know most of the faces around here by now. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and ask what’s happening with property prices in the neighborhood. We don’t use any complicated systems, just honest talk and the knowledge we have from being in Dayal Nagar for so long. It stays pretty busy from morning until we close up for the evening. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to sit and chat for a bit.
