Cameo International (India)

You can find us at 289, New Jawahar Nagar. Even though the name says Cameo International (India), we are basically just a local team doing our best. Our building is right in the middle of a residential-feeling area, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We deal with a lot of correspondence and coordination. A typical day involves a lot of checking emails and making sure our orders are being processed correctly. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a big sales pitch. We just explain what we have and see if it’s what people need. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have shelves full of old records and desks that have seen better days, but everything works. Sometimes the heat gets to us in the summer, but we have a few fans going and we manage. We aren't trying to change the world or anything grand like that. We just want to run a steady business and take care of the people who work here. It’s a lot of routine, which suits us just fine. Most of us have been here for years, so we know how the place runs and what to expect each morning. If you walk past 289 in New Jawahar Nagar, you might not even realize there is a business inside, but we are there, just doing our daily tasks and keeping things moving.
