We’ve been operating out of our place on G.T. Road, right near B.S.F. Chowk, for quite some time now. It’s a well-known spot in the area, so people usually don't have much trouble finding the gate. The road outside is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of engines and horns coming through the walls. Inside, it’s mostly about the manufacturing process. We have machines running and people moving materials from one side of the floor to the other throughout the shift. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we get our things done. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look pretty for visitors. It’s an industrial unit, so it looks like one. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been here for years. We know the routine. Mornings start early before the sun gets too hot to work comfortably. We have a small tea stall nearby where we usually go during the break to catch up on news. It’s a simple life. We make what we need to make and we ship it out as fast as we can. Sometimes there are delays with the raw materials, and that throws a wrench in the whole production schedule, but we deal with it as it comes. We aren't big on meetings or fancy corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
