You can find Bhardwaj Clinic & Healthcare Center over on Jinda Road in the Maqsudan area of Jalandhar City. We’ve been set up here for quite a few years now. The clinic is right on the main stretch, so there’s always a bit of a buzz outside from the passing rickshaws and motorbikes. It’s a modest place, really. We have a small sign out front and a few benches for people to sit on while they wait. We try to see everyone as they come in, though sometimes the wait can be a little long on Mondays. Maqsudan is a busy part of Jalandhar, and we’ve become a regular fixture for the families living around Jinda Road. We aren't a big hospital with many departments, just a local center for general health needs. The doctor is usually in for most of the day, and we have a small pharmacy area to help with basic needs. The building has seen better days, maybe needs a fresh coat of paint, but it serves its purpose. We know most of our patients by their first names. It’s that kind of place. We don't go in for big advertisements or fancy slogans. We just open the doors in the morning and help whoever walks in with a fever or a cough. It’s a simple way to run things, but it’s how we’ve always done it here.
