Our office is at Shop Number 2/6 C in the New Market area of Jalandhar. We are situated right behind Narender Cinema, which is a landmark most people in the city know well. The market stays pretty active throughout the day, especially in the evenings when people are out for movies or doing their shopping. We focus on air travel and getting people their tickets for various trips. It’s a modest office, not one of those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we look up flights on the computer screen. The back of the cinema can be a bit quieter than the main road, but you still hear the city moving around you. We’ve been operating from this market for quite some time now. Most of the people who come to us are regulars who live nearby or work in the other shops in the market. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website to show off. We just sit here, answer the phone, and help people find the best way to get from one place to another without a hassle. Sometimes we are busy with international bookings, other times it’s just local stuff. The New Market has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that community. It’s a down-to-earth place where we just handle the travel details without any extra fuss or ceremony.
