Paradise Leather Crafts is located over at No. 91/92 in Dilbagh Nagar, Basti Guzan. It is a place where you can definitely smell what we do before you even walk through the door. Leather has a very specific and heavy scent, especially when there is a lot of it sitting in one room. We have piles of hides and different tools scattered all around the workbenches. It is not the tidiest place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We spend our days cutting, stitching, and finishing various leather goods. It is a lot of manual work and it can be quite hard on the hands after a long day. Sometimes the machines are a bit loud and we have to shout over them just to hear each other talk. We have been in Dilbagh Nagar for quite some time. The neighbors are used to the noise and the delivery trucks coming in and out. We do not have a big flashy sign out front. Most people who come here have been coming for years or they heard about us from a friend. We take our time with the things we make. If something does not look right, we just start over or fix it. There is no point in rushing if you want the leather to last. It is a simple life, working with our hands every day in Basti Guzan. (251 words)
