Ayushveda Ayurveda And Panchkarma Centre

Our center is right across from the Singh Sabha Gurudwara in the Urban Estate area of Jalandhar. We have two units, 47 and 51, in Phase 1. It’s a nice part of town, quite peaceful most of the time. We focus on Ayurveda and Panchkarma here. A lot of people come to us when they are tired of taking regular medicines and want something different. We have the wooden tables for the oils and all the traditional herbs stored in jars. It smells like ginger and eucalyptus inside most days. It’s not a medical spa or anything like that, just a place for traditional healing. We’ve been in Jalandhar for years. The locals know us well. Sometimes people just stop by after visiting the Gurudwara to say hello or ask for some advice. We try to keep things relaxed. You won't find any white lab coats here, just us in our regular clothes doing the work. The treatments take time, so you have to be patient. It’s not a quick fix. We tell people that straight away. Life in Punjab is fast these days, but inside our doors, everything slows down a bit. We take our time with each person. That’s just the way we do things at Ayushveda. It’s a simple setup but it works for the people who come to us. We just want to keep these old ways alive in our city for as long as we can.
