Our place is located right on Mall Road in Model Town, Jalandhar. You can find us pretty easily because we are directly opposite Thind Eye Hospital. It’s a busy part of town and parking can be a bit of a headache if you come during the afternoon. We focus on Ayurvedic ways to handle allergies and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. The smell of herbs is always in the air here. Some people like it and some take a minute to get used to it. We have a few rooms where we talk to people about their sneezing or skin issues. It isn't a hospital-like environment with white walls and bright lights. We tried to keep it a bit more comfortable and local. Sometimes the waiting room gets full and people have to stand near the door. We’ve been at this 7-R address for quite a long time now so most of the neighbors know us. We don't spend money on big billboards. Most folks come in because they’ve tried everything else for their hay fever or dust allergies and want to see if herbs can do anything. The staff here is just a small group of us who know the routine. We spend a lot of time grinding ingredients or bottling up oils. It’s steady work and we see the same faces coming back every month. We just try to keep things running smoothly without too much drama.
