Anand Ent Hospital

Anand Ent Hospital is located at 421 Mall Road, right in the Model Town area of Adarsh Nagar. We’re quite close to Thind Hospital, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Dealing with ears, noses, and throats means we see a lot of people who can't hear well or have a nasty cough that won't go away. The building on Mall Road is an older one, but it serves us well. We have a few rooms for checking patients and some specialized tools for looking into ears. It can get pretty crowded on Monday mornings when everyone realizes they’re sick after the weekend. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just some rows of chairs and a reception window where you sign in. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we have a rhythm to how we do things. Sometimes the traffic on Mall Road makes it hard for patients to find parking, which is a bit of a headache. We try to get through the appointments steadily. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when you’re looking at sore throats all day, but it’s what we do. We keep the place as clean as we can and try to make sure everyone gets a turn to speak with the doctor. There isn't any big management team behind us. It’s just a local hospital trying to take care of the people in Adarsh Nagar. We lock up around seven usually.
