We are located on the 3rd floor of Arora Prime Tower at 28 G.T. Road in Jalandhar City. Our office is right next to Hotel President, so it is a busy and well-known part of the town. Being up on the third floor means there are some stairs to climb, though there is a lift if it is working. The office is usually full of files and folders because immigration work requires a lot of documentation and careful record-keeping. We do not try to make the place look like a fancy lounge or a high-end shop. It is just a workspace where we get the job done every day. Jalandhar is a city where many people are interested in moving abroad, so we stay quite busy with various applications and questions. It is a lot of sitting and talking with people about what they want to do. We do not have a polished sales pitch or anything like that. We just tell people what the current requirements are and help them fill out their forms properly. The view from our window shows the non-stop traffic on G.T. Road. It gets a bit loud sometimes, but we are very used to the city sounds by now. We have been in this building for a long time and know the people working on the other floors. It is a very normal, everyday kind of job for us, dealing with paperwork and helping folks out.
