Our office is located at N K 246 on Circular Road, right in the middle of Charanjitpura. Jalandhar is a crowded place, and our street is no different. We’ve been here at this address for a long time. It’s a modest setup, nothing like those big modern offices you see in the papers. We deal with people from all walks of life here. The building itself is older, with narrow hallways and a bit of a lived-in feel. We don't have a big staff, so things are pretty quiet and simple. Most of the people who come in are regulars who live just a few streets away. They know me, and I know them. It’s more like a community spot than a business. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try to keep things organized, even if it gets a bit messy on busy days. The fans hum in the summer and the door stays open to let in a breeze. We don’t put up fancy posters or decorations. We just focus on the work that needs doing. Circular Road can be a nightmare for parking, but people find a way. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a reliable place for the people around Charanjitpura who need a little help. We keep our doors open for anyone who walks in.
