We are situated in Ratan Tower, which is a well-known building in Jalandhar City. All Travel has been in this spot for a bit, and it’s a good place for us because people can find the tower without much trouble. The building has other offices too, so there’s a steady stream of people coming in and out of the entrance every day. We aren't on the ground floor, so it’s a little quieter up here than it is out on the street, but you can still hear the city noise if the window is open. Jalandhar is a fast-moving place, and being in a central tower like Ratan makes things easier for us. The office is just a plain room where we do our paperwork and talk on the phone. We don't have any big decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the travel work we have to do. It’s a practical setup for a small business. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here. People come in to ask about trips or prices, and we do our best to help them out. We like being in the tower because it feels secure and it's a professional enough spot for what we need without being too over the top.
