Our office and work area are at Plot No-D-29 in Model Town-Ii. It is a decent-sized plot, and we use every bit of it for the food business. Even though the name sounds official, we are just a group of people trying to get the packaging and processing done right. The floor is always being scrubbed because we deal with food items and don't want any mess sticking around. We have some basic machinery that hums along all day, and there is a small office area tucked in the corner where the paperwork gets handled. It can get a bit hectic when a big order needs to go out, and we all end up helping with the loading regardless of what our actual job title is. Model Town is a bit more organized than the old markets, so it’s easier for the vans to come by. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, and that’s where everyone gathers for a break. The walls are painted a plain white, and we have calendars from three years ago still hanging up because nobody bothered to take them down. It’s a practical place where the focus is just on getting the work finished before the sun goes down. We don't have any fancy lobby or reception, just the main gate and the workspace where the real work happens every single day for us.
