Adipure India Pvt. Ltd. is right on the Main Road in the Old Dana Mandi area of Pagwara, Kapurthala. If you’ve ever been to the old market, you know how hectic it can get. There are always people shouting, trucks unloading grain, and scooters zig-zagging through the crowds. Our office is smack in the middle of all that. It’s an old building, typical for this part of Kapurthala, with high ceilings and thick walls that keep it a bit cooler than the street outside. We deal with various products under the Adipure name, and our day is mostly spent managing the chaos of the market. There’s no quiet corporate culture here. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something happening right outside the window. We’ve got a few old desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. Most of the time, we are busy talking to traders or checking on shipments that are stuck in the Mandi traffic. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just try to get the work done before the market closes for the day. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, based on long-term relationships and being present every day. Being on the Main Road means we see everyone, and everyone sees us. It's just part of life in Pagwara, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
