Bharat Gruh Udyog

Bharat Gruh Udyog is based out of Plot No 4075 in Eragon, which is in the Jalalpur Taluka of Navsari District. We are located right near Prajapati Wadi, which is a big landmark for anyone around here. Being in a place like Eragon means we are a bit away from the main city noise, which we like. Our work is very much a local, home-style industry. We started it right here on this plot, and it has grown slowly over the years. We don't have a big factory with assembly lines. Instead, it is more like a large workshop where people from the village come to work. We make things the old-fashioned way, mostly by hand or with simple machines. The pace is steady but not rushed. During the festival seasons, it gets very busy and we have to bring in extra help from the neighborhood to keep up. We don't do much in terms of fancy packaging or advertising. Most of our products are sold to people who have known us for a long time. They know where our plot is and they just drop by. The air is fresh here, and we usually work with the doors open to let the breeze in. It is a very simple way to run a business, but it keeps the community involved and gives everyone something useful to do during the day.
