S. D Trading Co. is situated right near Canter Union New Grain Market. It’s a hectic area, especially when the grain comes in. We’ve been trading here for some time now. You can find us by all the trucks parked around. The grain market is the heart of everything we do. We deal with various goods, mostly buying and selling what’s in season. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger books. My desk is usually a mess of papers. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us. We know the other traders and the guys driving the canters. Being near the Canter Union makes things easier for transport. Sometimes the weather makes things tough, but we manage. S. D Trading Co. isn't a massive corporation. We’re just a local outfit trying to make a living. We see a lot of people every day coming through the New Grain Market. It’s loud and there’s always dust in the air, but that’s just how it is. We focus on the trading part and try to be fair with everyone. If you’re looking for us, just head toward the union and you’ll see our spot. We’re usually there from early morning until the sun goes down.
