Our operation is located in Khardipur, which is under the Fatehpur post office in Jajpur. To get here, you usually come via Mashara. It is a rural area, so things move a bit slower than in the town centers. We focus on construction services, specifically drilling and foundation work. We have some heavy equipment that we keep on a lot nearby. The office itself is quite modest. It is just a place to store our tools and keep our records organized. Most of the time, the floor has a bit of red dirt on it from people coming and going. We don't mind it much because it shows we are working hard. We know everyone in the village and most of our workers live just a short walk away. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. Usually, someone just comes by the gate and asks if we can help them with a project. We sit down, have some water, and talk it over. It is a very personal way of doing business. The sun sets behind the trees early in the winter, and we usually wrap things up by then. We have had some tough years with the weather, but we always manage to stay busy. It is hard work, but it feels good to see a job finished. We aren't trying to expand into some giant company; we just want to keep things running right here in Jajpur.
