Southdux Exim Private Limited is based in Mirchandpur, which is in the Jajpur district of Orissa. We are located at the address care of Bikash Kumar Jena. It’s a local setup here in 755062 where we handle various export and import activities. We don't have a massive warehouse or a fleet of trucks but we manage to get things where they need to go. Working in Jajpur means we know the local landscape and the people around here. The office is just a regular room with some desks and a couple of computers that are usually humming away. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate with vendors and buyers. It’s a lot of back and forth which can be tiring by the end of the week. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we have to wait it out but we usually get our work done in the end. It’s mostly about keeping track of the inventory and making sure the shipping documents are in order so there are no delays at the border. We appreciate the people we work with and we just try to be straightforward in our dealings. It’s a simple life and a simple business that keeps us occupied throughout the year without too much stress.
