We are located at the post office in Guhali, which is in the Jajpur district of Orissa. It’s a more rural setting than some of our other locations, but the work is just as demanding. Out here, we deal with a lot of infrastructure projects that really matter to the local area. It is a lot of earthmoving and structural work. We don't have a shiny corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. Usually, we are out in the field where the actual building happens. The sun can be quite hot in Orissa, and when the rains come, the ground turns to thick mud, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't the kind of people who write long speeches about what we do. We just know how to handle the machinery and make sure the foundations are set right. Our team is a mix of people who have been in this business for decades. We’ve seen a lot of things change around Jajpur, but the need for solid construction stays the same. It is a hard way to make a living, but it’s what we know. We show up early, leave late, and try to make sure the work is done properly. There is no magic to it, just a lot of persistence and heavy lifting every day. We stay focused on the project in front of us until the machinery is finally turned off for the night.
