Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd., Kalina Nagar, Duburi

We have been based out of the N.I.N.L. Township in Kalinga Nagar for a long time now. If you head down to Duburi in the Jajpur district, you will find us at C/303. It is a busy industrial area, so there is always noise from trucks and the iron works nearby. Orissa gets pretty hot in the summer months, which makes the office a bit stuffy sometimes, but we are used to it by now. Most of the people working here also stay in the township, so it feels like a small community even though the work is heavy industry. We spend our days handling the paperwork and making sure the supplies are moving like they should. It is not a flashy office or anything like that. Just some desks, some files, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once. The roads around here can be tricky with all the heavy traffic, so we tell people to be careful when they visit. We have seen this part of Jajpur change quite a bit over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now it is full of energy and industrial noise. We just show up every morning and get to work. That is how we have always done things here in Duburi.
