L&T Construction Infrastructure

This branch of L&T Construction Infrastructure is located over in Kalimda Nagar. If you know where the HDFC Bank is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a growing area, lots of new stuff coming up all the time. Our office is more like a base for the guys working on the local projects. There’s usually a bit of dust around because, well, it’s construction. We have maps pinned to the walls and a few stacks of site plans lying on the tables. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit and tie unless you had to. Most of us are in boots and sturdy clothes. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the crews and making sure materials arrive when they should. The bank nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We don’t really bother with big signs or fancy decorations. The work speaks for itself when the buildings go up. It can get pretty hectic in the afternoons when the site leads come back to report. We usually just grab a quick lunch from the local shop and get back to it. There’s a lot of moving parts in infrastructure, so we just focus on the task at hand. It’s a solid place to work, even if the AC struggles a bit in the summer heat. We just get on with it.
