Jindal Stainless Ltd.

Jindal Stainless Ltd. is located in Duburi, specifically in the area in front of the Mesco facility. To get to our site, you have to head towards Post Danagari. This part of the district is very industrial, and you can see the smoke and the tall structures of the various plants from miles away. Our site is a large plot of land where things are constantly moving. It is not like a fancy city office; it is more of a dusty, wide-open space where the actual work of handling stainless steel happens every day. The wind blows quite hard across the open ground here, and there is always the sound of machinery or trucks idling in the background. We have a small administrative building on the site where we handle the day-to-day logs and the staff schedules. It is a bit isolated out here, so we mostly stick to ourselves and the work at hand. The canteen is where everyone gathers to take a break from the heat and grab a quick meal. There is no pretense about what we do; it is just hard work in a tough environment. The road leading up to our gate is often bumpy from all the heavy loads passing over it. We have a crew that stays on-site, and the days usually start very early before the sun gets too high. It is a massive operation but it feels very local to those of us working here.
