You can find us right behind the Shiv Mandir over in Kanheipur. We are set up at Pradipta Keshari Nayak’s place. It’s a quiet spot on Jajpur Road, which makes it easy to get around the local area when we need to. Living and working here in Orissa means we are right in the middle of all the stainless steel activity. The temple is a good landmark because everyone knows it. Most days we are busy with local coordination. Since we are part of the larger Jindal network, there is always something happening with the plant or the shipments. It feels like a local operation here because we know the neighbors and the way things move in town. We keep our files here and make sure the communication stays open between the different departments. It is a straightforward setup. No big corporate lobbies here, just desks and people working. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there’s a festival at the Mandir, but we like the atmosphere.
