We are located out in a place called Biroli, which is part of the Anandapur area in Bhadrak. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here. You have to go via Dasarathpur to get to us. The pin code is 755006 if that helps anyone. It is a lot quieter here than the big cities like Bhubaneswar. Global Innovsource Pvt Limited has been operating from this spot for a while. The building is pretty standard for the area, nothing that stands out too much from the road. Most of us who work here come from the nearby villages. We spend our days mostly on the phone or working through files. Since it is a bit more rural, things move at a slightly different pace, but it is still busy. We do not have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or fancy coffee machines. Usually, it is just a kettle in the corner and some plastic chairs in the break area. The weather can be quite damp because we are not too far from the coast, so the walls sometimes need a bit of a paint touch-up. It is a practical environment. We focus on the work at hand and try to make sure everything is handled right. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk during the lunch break, while other days we are swamped with tasks. It is a good, honest place to earn a living in this part of Odisha.
