We are based out in Ranapur, which is a bit of a distance if you aren't from around Jajpur. To get here, you usually have to come via Mashar. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities, mostly just trees and local houses around us. Aker Kvaerner Powergas has this spot here to stay close to certain project sites in Orissa. The office isn't very big, and it’s a simple setup. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, which is fine because we stay busy with the paperwork and technical planning. The weather gets really hot in the summer, so the fans are always going. Sometimes the power goes out, but that’s just part of life in this district. We know most of the neighbors, and it’s a friendly enough place. It takes some time for couriers to reach us sometimes, but we’ve learned to plan ahead. Our team is small, mostly local folks or people who have moved here for the work. We spend our days looking at drawings and making sure everything is lined up for the field crews. It’s honest work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and see people working at their desks. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the roads, but inside we keep things organized as best as we can.
