Since the hotel is a central place, we get to meet a lot of different people every day. Our workspace isn't very big, but it is enough for what we need to do. We have a desk, a computer, and a few chairs for when people want to sit and talk about their plans. Jaisalmer is a small town in many ways, and everyone knows everyone else, so we often have friends or other locals stopping by for a chat. We spend our days arranging trips and making sure everything is ready for the guests who come through. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules, especially during the busier months when the weather is nice and the tourists arrive. We don't have a fancy marketing department or anything like that. It's just us handling the day-to-day work. Sometimes things get a little hectic and the paperwork piles up, but we usually manage to keep things on track.
