Aman Tour &Program Organiser is located at 150, Kumhar Para. We are quite close to Patwa Haveli, which is one of those big old houses everyone comes to see in Jaisalmer. Being in Kumhar Para means we are in a more traditional part of town. The streets are thin and the stone walls are very old. We do tours and organize different programs for people. It sounds official, but it’s really just me and my friend Aman figuring things out as we go. We don't have a big polished office with glass doors. Our space is simple, just like the rest of the neighborhood. We see the tourists walking toward the haveli all day long. Sometimes they get lost and we point them the right way. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. Jaisalmer 345001 is a place where everyone knows your business anyway. We don't try to compete with the big guys from the city. We just do our thing near Patwa Haveli. The air is dry and the sun is bright, but that’s just how it is in the desert. We don't have a fancy mission. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure the camels or the cars are ready for the morning. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet is slow, but we manage. It’s an honest way to make a living in a beautiful old city.
