We are tucked away at T-12 in Johari Bazar, specifically inside Sanjay Market at Salasar Plaza. If you know the bazaar, you know how crowded it gets every single day. It’s a maze of shops and people. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. Dealing with electronics and vision systems is our main thing. The shop is small, and we have boxes stacked up everywhere because space is really tight in the plaza. It’s a noisy environment with all the shoppers outside, but we like the energy of the market. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the gear well. We spend most of our time showing people how to use their new monitors or cameras. It’s not fancy work. Often, we are just untangling cables or explaining a manual that’s hard to read because the font is too small. We aren't into the corporate way of doing things. We just want to make sure the stuff we sell actually works for the person buying it. People in Johari Bazar talk to each other, so we try to be helpful so they say good things. It’s a tough market to survive in if you aren't honest with your customers. We’ve seen many shops come and go in Salasar Plaza over the years. We’re still here, doing our thing every day, one customer at a time. It’s just how we run the place and we don't plan on changing.
