If you are looking for us, we are on the second floor of Shree Ram Plaza. It’s Hall Number 1. The building is right near the Nagar Palika Tiraha in Kotputli. Being on the second floor means we get a decent view of the junction below. You can see all the cars and people moving around the Tiraha all day long. It’s one of the busier parts of Jaipur district, so there is always something to look at out the window. The climb up the stairs is a bit of a workout, but we are used to it by now. The hall is quite large, but we only use what we need for the desks and chairs. It feels a bit empty sometimes, but we like the space. We keep our records in metal cabinets and try to stay organized, though the desk usually ends up covered in papers by noon. Most of our visitors are people from the nearby shops or residents who know us by name. We usually have a pot of tea going, and the smell often fills the room. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have air conditioning, just the big windows and the fans spinning overhead. When it rains, the sound on the plaza roof is quite loud. We just keep working through it. It’s a honest day’s work for us here in Kotputli, keeping track of things.
