We set up our base at D-6/343 in the Chitrakoot Scheme. Yashita Marketing is mostly about managing goods and getting them to where they need to be. It is more of a distribution hub than anything else. If you come by, you’ll see stacks of boxes and people checking off lists on clipboards. We don’t have a fancy storefront with displays because that isn't really what we do. Our focus is on the logistics and making sure the inventory is right. The Chitrakoot area is pretty decent, and being at D-6/343 gives us enough space to move things in and out without too much trouble. Sometimes the narrow streets make it a bit tricky for the bigger delivery trucks, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and storage space. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a while. We aren't big on corporate talk or complicated strategies. We just look at what orders are coming in and figure out the best way to get them delivered. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking stock levels throughout the day. Some days are slow and we catch up on filing, while other days are a total scramble to get everything out the door by evening. It’s a basic operation but we like the pace and the way things run around here.
