Xponent Design Solutions Pvt Ltd

We are based in C Scheme on Yudhisthir Marg, specifically at R-8/A. It’s a decent area of town, and the office for Xponent Design Solutions Pvt Ltd is in a spot that’s pretty easy for folks to get to. We do design work, which sounds more complicated than it really is. Mostly we just sit around brainstorming and then trying to make those ideas work on paper and screen. The office has a lot of natural light, which is nice, but it gets pretty hot in the afternoons. We have a bunch of old magazines and sketches pinned to the walls. It’s not a showroom. It’s a place where we actually do work, so it gets messy. We don't have a formal dress code. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts. We spend a lot of time debating over colors and shapes. Sometimes the debates get a bit loud, but that’s just how we work through things. We aren't trying to be the most cutting edge place in the world. We just want to make stuff that looks good and works well for people. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and those are usually the best parts of the morning and afternoon. We’ve been at R-8/A for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Yudhisthir Marg. It’s a solid place to work and we are just regular folks trying to do good design work for everyone.
