Woven Stones

We are over at Bb-6 in Dooni House, which is located in Film Colony. It’s an interesting name for a neighborhood, and it has its own rhythm. Woven Stones is the name on the door. Our space here isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need to do. There are stacks of samples and various materials leaning against the walls most days. The light in Film Colony is actually quite nice in the late afternoon, which helps when we are looking at the textures of what we work with. We don’t really do the big corporate thing. It’s more about sitting down and getting through the pile of orders or designs that need attention. Dooni House is an older building with some character, and being at Bb-6 means we have our own little corner. Sometimes the hallways are a bit dark, but once you step inside our place, it’s full of activity. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us because they were told where we are or they’ve been coming here for years. It can get a bit chaotic when several things are happening at once, but we manage to keep it organized in our own way. It’s a simple life here, focused on the stones and the work at hand. We make sure the doors are open on time and the day goes by with its usual set of small challenges.
